3 cl pear brandy
2,5 cl Leibwächter
1,5 cl Italian Bitter
3 cl red vermouth
Garnish
Pear slices
Elderflowers
Preparation
Shake all ingredients in a shaker over ice and strain into a pre-chilled glass. Garnish with pear slices and elderflowers before serving.

2 cl vodka
1 cl sugar syrup
3 dashes Mozart Bitters
1 espresso
Garnish
Coffee beans
Preparation
Shake all ingredients in a shaker over ice and strain into a pre-chilled glass. Place 2 coffee beans on top of foam before serving.

3 cl bourbon whiskey
3 cl Leibwächter
3 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
Ginger Beer
Garnish
Mint
Dried orange slice
Preparation
Prepare in a mixing glass over ice cubes, strain into a pre-chilled glass and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with fresh mint and a dried orange slice before serving.

2 cl Leibwächter
2 cl cream, half whipped
Preparation
Half whip the cream and slowly pour all ingredients in the shot glass layer by layer over the back of a bar spoon.
